If someone who had never heard of you typed a problem your product solves into Google, ChatGPT, or TikTok search right now, would they find you?

If your answer is no, then you have a problem that we can solve

Want to 3X Your Business? See how

Dear business owner,

A few years ago, traffic was mostly a Google problem. You either ranked or you didn't. That's not the case anymore.

Your customer is now finding brands across five or six different channels before they ever make a decision.

  • They search Google.

  • They get an AI summary at the top of the page that may or may not include your brand.

  • They ask ChatGPT for recommendations.

  • They scroll TikTok.

  • They check Reddit.

  • They ask a friend in a WhatsApp group.

The mistake many brands make is optimizing for one or two of these channels rather than all of them.

The Three Places Your Brand Needs to Appear in 2026

Traditional Search: Google hasn't gone anywhere. But how Google works has changed significantly. AI Overviews now sit at the top of many search results, pulling answers from structured, detailed, well-written content.

If your blog is outdated or your information isn't clear and specific, Google's AI won't pull from you. It'll pull from someone else

AI-Powered Search: 60% of consumers now use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity when shopping. That number keeps increasing. And when someone asks an AI "what's the best magnesium supplement for sleep" or "which cleanser works for sensitive acne-prone skin", the AI gives them an answer. With or without your brand in it.

The brands appearing in those answers have product data, consistent information across all their platforms, real reviews that AI can read and trust, and content that directly answers common questions in their category. This is called GEO: Generative Engine Optimization. And it's becoming as important as traditional SEO.

Social Search: TikTok is now a search engine. A significant portion of Gen Z and millennial shoppers use TikTok to search for products, read reviews, and make decisions, much like older generations use Google.

If your brand has no presence there, or your content doesn't appear when someone searches your product category, you're invisible to a growing number of your potential customers.

The good news? TikTok's algorithm rewards consistency and relevance, not just follower count. Brands with small followings but strong, specific content regularly outperform bigger accounts on search.

What This Means If You Sell Skincare, Supplements, and Apparel

Skincare: If you're a skincare brand, your customer is asking very specific questions before they buy. "Is this fragrance-free?" "Does this work on dark skin tones?" "What's actually in this serum?"

Those questions are being typed into Google, ChatGPT, and TikTok every single day. The brands that answer those questions clearly in their product descriptions, blog content, video captions, and reviews are the ones getting found. The ones that aren't are losing that customer to someone who is.

Supplements: Trust is everything in this category. Your customer wants to know the science behind your product, what the ingredients do, and whether other people have had good results.

AI tools are increasingly pulling from ingredient breakdowns, third-party studies, and community reviews when recommending supplements.

If that content doesn't exist on your site or in your ecosystem, you're not in the conversation.

Apparel: Discovery in apparel is deeply visual and social. TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest are where your customers are discovering new brands.

But the brands converting that discovery into sales are the ones with fast, frictionless websites, sizing information, and enough social proof that a first-time visitor feels safe clicking buy.
