  2. Load Speed (Seriously)

    • Ditch heavy GIFs, oversized hero videos, and unnecessary scripts.

  3. Value First, Discount Second

    • Don’t just scream percentages, remind them why your product is worth buying at any price.

  4. Urgency That Feels Real

    • Use a countdown that matches actual inventory or campaign windows. Fake scarcity kills trust.

  5. Mobile UX Audit

    • Check button spacing, thumb reach, and copy length. Most BFCM traffic comes from mobile, and most mobile designs still suck.
