Clean Your Data: Export your lists, scrub inactive subscribers, and tag your Q4 buyers. Come January, you’ll thank yourself when your open rates jump.

Set Your Q1 Goalposts: Write them down. Revenue target, AOV, retention rate, whatever moves the business forward. If it’s not on paper, it won’t happen.
While everyone else is coasting, you have a window, a few quiet weeks to reset your systems, tighten your message, and start the year already in rhythm. Don’t wait for January motivation.
